Terms of Service

TrendGrid provides AI-assisted discovery of YouTube niches and related channel insights for creators. Features may include a dashboard catalog, channel explorer, optional email alerts, and paid Pro access. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@trendgrid.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free accounts may receive limited, delayed access. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly (currently $9.99/month unless otherwise stated at checkout). Payments are processed by our payment provider. You can cancel from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Fees are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer rules apply.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, abuse, or overload the Service or related systems
• Resell or redistribute Service data as a competing product without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass access controls
• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing activity
• Misrepresent niches, channels, or performance claims derived from the Service

We own the Service, branding, software, and original content we provide. You retain rights to your account content. Niche data and insights are licensed to you for personal or internal business use in connection with the Service, not for wholesale redistribution.

The Service may rely on third parties (for example payment, email delivery, hosting, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Niche discovery involves estimates and changing platform signals. We do not guarantee views, revenue, ranking, or creative success. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
